Global Entrepolis
Singapore 2005
Singapore, 27 - 29 September 2005
CADI
SCIENTIFIC was invited to participate in the Global Entrepolis Singapore (GES)
2005 which was held at Suntec Singapore International Convention &
Exhibition Centre, Hall 403/404 from 27 September 2005 to 29 September 2005.
It was a successful event whereby business meets and networking
opportunities were created. Over 10,000 local and foreign business
participants met up.
At
GES, CADI was invited to present SmartSense 100TM, a wireless
temperature sensing and location tracking system, in the Product launch
session and also to introduce our products to potential venture capitalists
and business angels during Hot Pitch. A life demonstration of SmartSense 100TM
was set up at our booth to allow our existing clients and potential business
partners to have a better understanding and appreciation of our products.
Many
potential buyers from different fields, business angels and venture
capitalists expressed interest in our products. The evaluation and feedback
that we gathered for our products during this event were positive and
greatly encouraging for us. Our booth was also graced by the presence of Dr
Vivian Balakrishnan, Acting Minister for Community Development, Youth and
Sports and Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry and Professor
Shih Choon Fong, NUS President.
SmartSense
100TM was featured in The Business Times, Wednesday, September
28, 2005 under GLOBAL ENTREPOLIS @ SINGAPORE section -
"
Wireless temperature monitor launched: YOU can now take a patient's
temperature without waking him up, using a wireless temperature monitoring
and location tracking system, called SmartSense 100, launched at GES
yesterday by CADI Scientific, a Singaporean company that develops wireless
sensing devices."
The
management team of CADI SCIENTIFIC would like to extend our appreciation
and gratitude to everyone who has made GES 2005 a successful event for us.
