CADI SCIENTIFIC focuses on the development and marketing of advanced medical devices for the monitoring of bio-signals, including body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, respiration rate, ECG signal, blood oxygen level, blood glucose level, etc., for both hospital and consumer applications.

For the hospitals, CADI offers CADI SmartSense™, a revolutionary Wireless Integrated Sensing System that empowers hospitals to wirelessly monitor patients’ vital signs, track patients’/equipments’ real-time location, optimize bed capacity and increase profitability.

CADI SmartSense™, Wireless Temperature Monitoring and Location Tracking module has gained the seal of approval from TEC (The Enterprise Challenge), a unit under the Prime Minister's Office that funds innovative proposals with the potential to create new value or significant improvements to the delivery of public service. Both healthcare clusters in Singapore, namely SingHealth and National Healthcare Group (NHG), have successfully piloted and deployed CADI SmartSense™ at their leading hospitals, namely Singapore General Hospital and Tan Tock Seng Hospital respectively. Worldwide patents have been filed.

For the mass consumers, CADI offers CADI T560, a clinical infrared thermometer that can measure body temperature instantly and accurately in 2 convenient ways: at the ear or the forehead; and CADI BP880, a digital blood pressure monitor that allows easy monitoring of blood pressure and pulse rate anytime, anywhere.
