The integrated SmartSense Arrival Notification Module not only
detects the real-time location of the equipment, it can also be
configured to send notification to relevant persons or
departments, broadcast to the whole organization or trigger some
actions/events, etc. to perform certain automated value-added
tasks based on the location of the equipment.

Usage Scenario
All medical equipment that are to be tracked will be tagged with
RFID SmartTAG-800™s. These equipment will be registered in the
Medusa system with all detailed information and specifications.
The real-time location of the equipment will be continuously
sent to the Medusa software. Whenever a user needs an
equipment, user simply search its location by a simple search
engine on a web-based application. This saves the bulk of the
users' time to walk around in the premise to locate the
equipment.
