SmartSense-800 Waiting Time Analysis
Description
Waiting time analysis module utilizes the
real-time location information of patients to track his waiting
time at various stations throughout his stay in the hospital.
This module allows the management team to accurately analyze the
average service time required in each department. The
information will help the management team to formulate more
effective strategies to improve the workflow (specifically to
reduce patient waiting time) in the hospital. Thus, this will
improve the patient care coordination rating of the hospital.
