CADI

We
believe in providing the best quality of service to fully satisfy our
customers. Our trained service representatives at the CADI SCIENTIFIC
SERVICE CENTRE will put in their best effort to assist customers on any of
the CADI products.
For
details on the warranty period of the product, please refer to the Warranty
Registration Card found in the original product package box. Please note
that to qualify for the full warranty, you have to register within 14 days
from the data of purchase.

NOTE: You do not have
to mail in your warranty card if you opt for online warranty registration.
Before you
send for repair
1. Please read the troubleshooting section of your user’s manual, or send
your enquiry to support@cadi.com.sg,
or contact our customer service at (65) 6276 2676 to help troubleshoot your
problem. For overseas customers, you may contact your respective
service centre instead. Their contact number can be found on/in the packaging.
2. Please read the Warranty Information in your warranty card.
Repair
procedure
Remove all batteries in the unit. Do not ship
other accessories.
Bring or ship the unit prepaid to your nearest Distributor or CADI
SCIENTIFIC SERVICE CENTRE in your country. Please enclose a $10.00 cheque or
money order for return shipping if you are not collecting the unit
personally.
For warranty claims, please bring along or enclose a copy of your warranty
card or purchase receipt for proof of purchase date.

Terms
& Conditions of Warranty
1. Cadi Scientific Pte Ltd (“CADI”) warrants this
product to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ONE
year from the date of purchase.
2. During the warranty period, if this product is found to be defective, you
may bring it, together with the purchase receipt and Warranty Certificate,
on a carry-in basis to CADI’s office during normal business hours for
warranty service. We will then repair or replace defective parts or
exchanging the whole product as we may choose, at no charge to the original
owner. After such repair, replacement or exchange, the product will be
warranted for up to the remainder of the warranty period.
3. This warranty is valid only if the Warranty Certificate and Warranty
Registration Card are duly completed with date of purchase, serial number
and dealer’s stamp, and if the Warranty Registration Card is sent to
CADI’s office not later than 14 days from the date of purchase.
4. This warranty is void if this product has been repaired or serviced by
unauthorized person. This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse,
abuse, accident, tampering, lack of reasonable care, fire or any other acts
beyond human control.
5. Except as stated
in the above paragraphs, CADI disclaims all other warranties, implied or
expressed, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose with respect to the use of this product. CADI shall not
be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of
the use or inability to use this product.
